Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudio Queen started the match with the kick off. Lincoln Pinneau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Queen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lincoln Pinneau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Percy Stafford went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Whitehead AFC's Albert Pinneau got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Percy Stafford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Queen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lincoln Pinneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Glenn Westbrook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lincoln Pinneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Queen, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Howard Friedman fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Whitehead AFC's protests and gave Howard Friedman a yellow card for diving instead. Howard Friedman kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Claudio Queen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cupar booed when Whitehead AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolph Norman didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Percy Stafford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Howard Friedman was the one to do the kick off. Peter Chaussée showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hunter Dennison in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Howard Friedman in the 55th minute of play forced Cupar's goalkeeper Peter Chaussée to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Whitehead AFC's goalkeeper Lincoln Pinneau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Percy Stafford. With a little luck, Whitehead AFC's Lincoln Pinneau got control of the ball when Percy Stafford tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudio Queen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Whitehead AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Glenn Westbrook hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, Cupar's Zack Jefferson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lincoln Pinneau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cupar reached it. In the 71st minute, Howard Friedman made a precise shot to the right of Peter Chaussée. Cupar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Howard Friedman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Peter Chaussée tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Cupar got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zapata. Cupar's Peter Chaussée played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hunter Dennison in the 83rd minute of play. Peter Chaussée came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Whitehead AFC's Hunter Dennison. But to his dismay, Hunter Dennison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Peter Chaussée made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hunter Dennison in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cupar's goalkeeper Peter Chaussée, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Whitehead AFC had won after a very even match.
