Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Barton McCall made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Barton McCall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River-Lions FC's Rudolf Prescott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rudolf Prescott came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Redstone's Lino Gates. But to his dismay, Lino Gates quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute Maurice Dykes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reed Shaffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Gates could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Rudolf Prescott made a huge save. Marlon Benson hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Barton McCall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rudolf Prescott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Gates got free with Rudolf Prescott in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barton McCall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Prescott having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 27th minute when Maurice Dykes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Redstone's goalkeeper Reed Shaffer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lino Gates sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the River-Lions FC defense, Lino Gates kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rudolf Prescott. The River-Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudolf Prescott should have stopped the shot. Rudolf Prescott came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Redstone's Lino Gates. But to his dismay, Lino Gates quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Maurice Dykes made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barton McCall in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rudolf Prescott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, River-Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barton McCall came free, but Rudolf Prescott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barton McCall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sherman Keenan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Renard Key was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Redstone's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River-Lions FC the free kick. Renard Key hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Fidel Lester got in the 67th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Reed Shaffer and thus it was 3-2. Redstone's Lino Gates got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Austin Charles's late challenge caught a Redstone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Austin Charles helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Austin Charles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barton McCall in the 73rd minute of play forced River-Lions FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Prescott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Redstone's Sherman Keenan got a free kick in the 75th minute. Barton McCall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reed Shaffer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Dykes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89th play minutes Lino Gates shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Rudolf Prescott and just under the crossbar into goal. When Redstone's Barton McCall in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River-Lions FC's goalie prevented a goal. Lino Gates recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th minute, Fabien Langley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Redstone players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
