Lino Gates sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Johnathan Meier sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tlell's Myron Mendez didn't even have to move. 20 minutes into the match, Tlell's goal looked a bit too open when Barton McCall came free, but Myron Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lino Gates came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Redstone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Gates couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Tlell's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lino Gates fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 25th minute, Noe Morse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Gates struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Myron Mendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redstone. 31 minutes in the game, Barton McCall fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Myron Mendez having to interfere. Myron Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barton McCall, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Tlell's Myron Mendez got control of the ball when Lino Gates tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Barton McCall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Myron Mendez was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Myron Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barton McCall in the 43rd minute of the match. If Lino Gates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Barton McCall made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Philip Boisvert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Myron Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Gates, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Barton McCall fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redstone's protests and gave Barton McCall a yellow card for diving instead. Barton McCall hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Barton McCall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Myron Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Barton McCall sped through Tlell's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Myron Mendez. 70 minutes into the match, Redstone's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Peralta came free, but Reed Shaffer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Redstone fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! Redstone:s Reed Shaffer showed great skill when he stopped Royal Perrault:s penalty. In the 72nd minute, Royal Perrault ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reed Shaffer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joachim Peralta in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reed Shaffer saved Redstone from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Redstone's goalkeeper Reed Shaffer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lon Dupéré. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isiah Dupont during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Myron Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Gates in the 83rd minute of the match. Tlell's Joachim Peralta got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Isiah Dupont had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Myron Mendez. Tlell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isiah Dupont was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Renard Key kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Joachim Peralta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joachim Peralta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kasey Joyner kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
