Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adolphe Tipton started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Adolphe Tipton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayabec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolphe Tipton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolf Prescott made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clyde Smith in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolphe Tipton in the 16th minute of play forced River-Lions FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Prescott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sayabec getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Eddy Margand hit a great ball. When Adolphe Tipton came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Sayabec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolphe Tipton couldn't finish the play. After 33 played minutes Sayabec got a freekick which was hit by Clyde Smith. After 34th play minutes Maurice Dykes shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Gordon Dean and just under the crossbar into goal. 37 minutes into the match, River-Lions FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Prescott had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clyde Smith. Adolphe Tipton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rudolf Prescott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudolf Prescott was a little too slow when Adolphe Tipton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. Renato Despins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

River-Lions FC's Rudolf Prescott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clyde Smith in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, River-Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolphe Tipton came free, but Rudolf Prescott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Clyde Smith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Johnathon Roche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sayabec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to River-Lions FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Clifton Sicard hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Adolphe Tipton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudolf Prescott was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Rudolf Prescott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolphe Tipton, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 77th minute, Marlon Benson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Hackett kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurice Dykes in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gordon Dean saved Sayabec from getting behind. Rudolf Prescott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolphe Tipton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 minutes of play, Sayabec's Adolphe Tipton made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudolf Prescott was left in no man's land by his defense there!
