Spectators: 7979 (Terracing: 5985, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Odell Atkinson got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Tlell getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kasey Joyner hit a great ball. After 9 minutes of play, Yarker's Odell Atkinson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Myron Mendez was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Odell Atkinson in the 14th minute of play forced Tlell's goalkeeper Myron Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yarker's Odell Atkinson in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tlell's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Donny Worthington managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yarker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donny Worthington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Odell Atkinson struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Myron Mendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yarker. Luc Minton was a little too slow when Joachim Peralta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Odell Atkinson in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Myron Mendez saved Tlell from getting behind. Myron Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Worthington, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Luc Minton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noe Morse in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Peralta in the 32nd minute of play forced Yarker's goalkeeper Luc Minton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donny Worthington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Myron Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Eckert hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Yarker's goalkeeper Luc Minton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lon Dupéré. After 37 played minutes Yarker got a freekick which was hit by Javier Eckert. After some careless play in the Yarker defense, Noe Morse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luc Minton. The Yarker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luc Minton should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Tlell getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Noe Morse hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joachim Peralta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Noe Morse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luc Minton was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 57 minutes into the game, Yarker's Donny Worthington nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Myron Mendez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. With his leg Myron Mendez managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Yarker's Odell Atkinson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luc Minton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lon Dupéré, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Donny Worthington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Myron Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Worthington in the 73rd minute of play forced Tlell's goalkeeper Myron Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noe Morse was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Noe Morse kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Yarker's attack was well implemented in the 82nd minute, but when Odell Atkinson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 84th minute, Odell Atkinson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Myron Mendez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Odell Atkinson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Myron Mendez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Odell Atkinson came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Yarker fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Odell Atkinson couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
