Jewell McDonald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lanny Willett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Lanny Willett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joey Keene, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Joey Keene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lanny Willett having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Exstew FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
