The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christophe Blanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 6 minutes into the match, Christophe Blanton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Hardy. Pukatawagan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christophe Blanton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mauricio Hardy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christophe Blanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Hardy came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Waterloo Warriors's Rodger Léveillé. But to his dismay, Rodger Léveillé quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Christophe Blanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darrin Boudreaux kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Waterloo Warriors's Rodger Léveillé got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Christophe Blanton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mauricio Hardy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Darrin Boudreaux's late challenge caught a Waterloo Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darrin Boudreaux helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Pukatawagan got a freekick which was hit by Darrin Boudreaux. Jonas Bellamy charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Bellamy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonas Bellamy hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Columbus Pelletier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quintin Goldberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Jewell McDonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Christophe Blanton notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Pukatawagan's Mauricio Hardy. Mauricio Hardy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 43 played minutes Waterloo Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Christophe Blanton. Mauricio Hardy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christophe Blanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Jewell McDonald made the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Waterloo Warriors's Christophe Blanton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauricio Hardy. Mauricio Hardy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in Pukatawagan's zone, Christophe Blanton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Hardy came out of the goal and Christophe Blanton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauricio Hardy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodger Léveillé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christophe Blanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Hardy having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Carlton Echeverri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauricio Hardy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christophe Blanton in the 76th minute of play. Christophe Blanton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Hardy having to make a save. 83 minutes into the match, Pukatawagan's goal looked a bit too open when Rodger Léveillé came free, but Mauricio Hardy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Hardy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christophe Blanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Christophe Blanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Hardy having to interfere. Mauricio Hardy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodger Léveillé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Hardy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christophe Blanton in the 89th minute of play. Rodger Léveillé could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Mauricio Hardy made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Rodger Léveillé got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waterloo Warriors played a much better game than Pukatawagan and deserved their victory. The Pukatawagan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
