Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Johnson Slaughter took the kick off in the first half of the match. Omer Avila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurice Torrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hollis Dozier in the 5th minute of the match. Griswold's Lewis Duran got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Omer Avila hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Maurice Torrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnson Slaughter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Amédée Vick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurice Torrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurice Torrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnson Slaughter in the 20th minute of the match. Johnson Slaughter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maurice Torrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Earnest Beaver in the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omer Avila in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malik Leon saved TDOT FC from getting behind. Earnest Beaver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TDOT FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Omer Avila 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. If Jed Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Earnest Beaver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Maurice Torrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earnest Beaver in the 44th minute of play forced Griswold's goalkeeper Maurice Torrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurice Torrez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnson Slaughter, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Omer Avila to strike the kick off in the second half. Omer Avila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Griswold's goalkeeper Maurice Torrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amédée Vick. Maurice Torrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnson Slaughter in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Omer Avila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malik Leon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Omer Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes TDOT FC got a freekick which was hit by Lavern Avare. In the 67th minute of the match, Earnest Beaver got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maurice Torrez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Omer Avila might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malik Leon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Omer Avila ran back to his position shaking his head. Griswold's Leo Desaulniers got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of TDOT FC booed when Griswold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omer Avila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurice Torrez made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Amédée Vick sent off a good shot on target. Lewis Duran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lavern Avare fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TDOT FC's protests and gave Lavern Avare a yellow card for diving instead. Griswold's Omer Avila got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Griswold fully deserved thier win.
