Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Furious's Steven Livingston started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Olivier Terrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Conrad Judd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes FC Furious got a freekick which was hit by Jermaine Lemieux. When Steven Livingston came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the FC Furious fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Livingston couldn't finish the play. After having played for 30 minutes, Dean Benedict managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Furious's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Benedict was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olivier Terrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Donte Rancourt made a huge save. Richard Squires was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Olivier Terrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Athletic Ontario's supporters rose to their feet, but Olivier Terrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donte Rancourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steven Livingston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Leopoldo Calvert's late challenge caught a FC Furious's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Calvert helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Furious booed when Athletic Ontario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Calvert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Athletic Ontario were awarded a corner. Olivier Terrell went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Athletic Ontario's Johnathon Abernathy got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Conrad Judd came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Athletic Ontario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrad Judd couldn't finish the play. Athletic Ontario's Conrad Judd got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Mickey Gallardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donte Rancourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Athletic Ontario's Conrad Judd got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickey Gallardo in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Furious's goalkeeper Donte Rancourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donte Rancourt came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Athletic Ontario's Conrad Judd. But to his dismay, Conrad Judd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 78th match minute, FC Furious was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brent Olson to maneuver through the defense. Olivier Terrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Conrad Judd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Quinones charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Quinones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Norberto Quinones hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Athletic Ontario's Mickey Gallardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donte Rancourt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Conrad Judd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Achille Stoddard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute of the match FC Furious got a corner. Athletic Ontario's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brent Olson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Athletic Ontario's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
