Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jules Stringer kicked off to start the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Jeremias Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tidehead's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eloi McPherson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Rios in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Doyle Faucher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jeremias Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 16 minutes, Titus Sapp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colonsay and the Tidehead players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Colonsay's Titus Sapp got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colonsay's goalkeeper Eloi McPherson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Rios in the 18th minute of play forced Colonsay's goalkeeper Eloi McPherson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloi McPherson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Lu Sen Ting kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Allen Shannon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Lobato having to interfere. A collision led to Colonsay getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Titus Sapp hit a great ball. Corozo Toranzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eloi McPherson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olavo Lobato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allen Shannon in the 40th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allen Shannon got free with Olavo Lobato in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremias Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Rios was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Colonsay got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Sierra. With a little luck, Colonsay's Eloi McPherson got control of the ball when Lu Sen Ting tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allen Shannon in the 55th minute of play forced Tidehead's goalkeeper Olavo Lobato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavo Lobato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Stringer in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Isidro Fitzgerald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Lobato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Lobato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allen Shannon in the 62nd minute of the match. Tidehead's Olavo Lobato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allen Shannon in the 63rd minute of play. Eloi McPherson came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Tidehead's Jeremias Rios. But to his dismay, Jeremias Rios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Eloi McPherson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Jeremias Rios cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eloi McPherson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the match, Colonsay's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Rios came free, but Eloi McPherson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Jeremias Rios made a precise shot to the right of Eloi McPherson. Colonsay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Rios in the 74th minute of play forced Colonsay's goalkeeper Eloi McPherson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavo Lobato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Fitzgerald's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Tidehead's goal looked a bit too open when Jules Stringer came free, but Olavo Lobato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 89th minute of the game was made by Kieth McCormick with Jeremias Rios as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Eloi McPherson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Jeremias Rios dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eloi McPherson, 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tidehead walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
