Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ceylon AF's Vespasien Kiser started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Ceylon AF's Vespasien Kiser dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Herman Healy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Cantrell in the 14th minute of play. MacKay AFC's Ariel Ruth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vespasien Kiser in the 17th minute of play. Duane Burnham kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Ian Cantrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Healy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vespasien Kiser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Ruth was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Vespasien Kiser took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ariel Ruth to make any attempt to save it. After 31 minutes of play, Ceylon AF's Justin Course made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Ruth was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Marion Woody got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Justin Course had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Ruth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justin Course went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in MacKay AFC's zone, Justin Course stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Ruth came out of the goal and Justin Course tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Cantrell to strike the kick off in the second half. Justin Course recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceylon AF were furious when Neville Larkin was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 53 minutes into the game, one of Ceylon AF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dave Santiago hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Ian Cantrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trinidad Delacruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MacKay AFC's Marion Woody got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Trinidad Delacruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Ruth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Duane Burnham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justin Course recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Cantrell in the 68th minute of play forced Ceylon AF's goalkeeper Herman Healy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Justin Course managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceylon AF's supporters rose to their feet, but Justin Course was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Ruth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Trinidad Delacruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Ruth. MacKay AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trinidad Delacruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Trinidad Delacruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ariel Ruth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herman Healy acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gail Jimenez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Cantrell in the 82nd minute of play forced Ceylon AF's goalkeeper Herman Healy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herman Healy made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Marion Woody sent off a good shot on target. Justin Course received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
