Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeremias Rios started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeremias Rios kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ariel Ruth. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Jeremias Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ariel Ruth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Tidehead's Ariel Ruth threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeremias Rios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rodrick Sargent's late challenge caught a MacKay AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrick Sargent helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MacKay AFC booed when Tidehead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrick Sargent didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Ian Cantrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Lobato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MacKay AFC booed when Tidehead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Pitts didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Ian Cantrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. MacKay AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ian Cantrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olavo Lobato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 马兴星's late challenge caught a MacKay AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Gail Jimenez ran back to his position shaking his head. Olavo Lobato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duane Burnham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olavo Lobato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duane Burnham in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marion Woody in the 27th minute of play forced Tidehead's goalkeeper Olavo Lobato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tidehead were furious when 马兴星 was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tidehead fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! The referee gave MacKay AFC a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gail Jimenez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tidehead's Olavo Lobato. 1-1. Charlie Pitts kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, MacKay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Rios came free, but Ariel Ruth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jeremias Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tidehead's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Rios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Ruth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corozo Toranzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Ruth having to interfere. Duane Burnham hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tidehead's Jeremias Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrick Sargent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Cantrell to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Rios in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Ruth saved MacKay AFC from getting behind. Jeremias Rios scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Ruth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeremias Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Ruth having to interfere. Freddie Spencer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olavo Lobato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Rios in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Ruth saved MacKay AFC from getting behind. A collision led to MacKay AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Antony Bowman hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Jeremias Rios made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Ruth. MacKay AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Olavo Lobato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marion Woody in the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Rodrick Sargent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Ruth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Lobato made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Freddie Spencer sent off a good shot on target. Antony Bowman made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Freddie Spencer however managed to control. Jeremias Rios hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ariel Ruth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rodrick Sargent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Ruth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corozo Toranzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Tidehead walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
