The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Skidegate booed when ManchestercityBlues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juste Franklin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Fre Uyterhelcht ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renard Vance was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Skidegate's Nikolay Dimov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renard Vance made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. ManchestercityBlues's Renard Vance played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolay Dimov in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Fre Uyterhelcht ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renard Vance was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Nikolay Dimov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Vance having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Richard Cliche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the ManchestercityBlues defense, Fre Uyterhelcht kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renard Vance. The ManchestercityBlues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renard Vance should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, 余俊阳 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skidegate's supporters rose to their feet, but 余俊阳 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renard Vance breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, ManchestercityBlues's goal looked a bit too open when Fre Uyterhelcht came free, but Renard Vance reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renard Vance was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The ManchestercityBlues players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fre Uyterhelcht was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fre Uyterhelcht in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renard Vance prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yetkiner Dilsaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Royce Connolly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ManchestercityBlues were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Skidegate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ervin Maher took the corner. In the 61st match minute, Skidegate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamal Sarumpaet to maneuver through the defense. The Skidegate fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Skidegate's Fre Uyterhelcht looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yetkiner Dilsaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Royce Connolly in the 73rd minute of play. 余俊阳 hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Fre Uyterhelcht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Vance having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Nikolay Dimov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skidegate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Andre Carter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Renard Vance made a huge save. Philip Manley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Skidegate left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ManchestercityBlues.
