Fabio Jöhl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Eleazar made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Toronto United's Abraham Fitzgerald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Jöhl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Rodolfo Eleazar put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Jöhl. Simon Deniger kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Rodolfo Eleazar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toronto United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Kauã Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Chadwick Doherty sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Eleazar in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Toronto United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
