Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodolfo Eleazar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Elwood Keys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Gösta Enegren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Levi Willett. Shouldice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gösta Enegren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Eleazar in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Levi Willett saved Shouldice from getting behind. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Shouldice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Güngör Yüce was slow to take the kick. During this time Toronto United's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Gong Bin Ming got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 15 minutes into the match. When Abraham Fitzgerald came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Toronto United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Fitzgerald couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Shouldice's zone, Rodolfo Eleazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Levi Willett came out of the goal and Rodolfo Eleazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Levi Willett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Eleazar's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Rodolfo Eleazar scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Levi Willett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Shouldice's Levi Willett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lou Walker in the 30th minute of play. When Toronto United's Lou Walker, in the 30th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Toronto United. If Elwood Keys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shouldice's Levi Willett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Fitzgerald in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Elwood Keys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toronto United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elwood Keys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lou Walker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Demetrius Mélançon hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Toronto United's Güngör Yüce couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Shouldice. After the first half Toronto United were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Denis Caouette made the kick off in the second half. Denis Caouette charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Caouette the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Shouldice got a freekick which was hit by Denis Caouette. Levi Willett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Eleazar in the 54th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Toronto United's Gösta Enegren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 64 minutes into the game, Lou Walker recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Levi Willett. Lou Walker showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Elwood Keys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Levi Willett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Toronto United's Rodolfo Eleazar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. 71 minutes into the match, Shouldice's goalkeeper Levi Willett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Güngör Yüce. The Toronto United fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Toronto United's Rodolfo Eleazar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abraham Fitzgerald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Levi Willett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Shouldice got a freekick which was hit by Denis Caouette. Moses Reeves hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Rodolfo Eleazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toronto United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Eleazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shouldice's Levi Willett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elwood Keys in the 85th minute of play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Rodolfo Eleazar from a close distance when the talented Levi Willett managed to make a qualified save. Shouldice's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Rodolfo Eleazar sped through Shouldice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Levi Willett. When the match was over Toronto United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Shouldice throughout the match.
