Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raphaël Lebrun made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Everette Lebrun sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute Gaston Greenwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delbert Avare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Coppermine's Delbert Avare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Duran in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mossbank's zone, Everette Lebrun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphaël Lebrun came out of the goal and Everette Lebrun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Mossbank's Thierry Trudeau got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Hiram Esposito kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Coppermine's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Greenwood came free, but Delbert Avare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emon Diaz got free with Raphaël Lebrun in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Coppermine getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Emon Diaz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Coppermine's Emon Diaz got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amos Thurman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Coppermine's goalkeeper Delbert Avare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Duran. After a defensive mix-up in Mossbank's zone, Emon Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphaël Lebrun came out of the goal and Emon Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Gaston Greenwood managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mossbank's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Greenwood was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delbert Avare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute of the match Coppermine got a corner. Mossbank's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Everette Lebrun ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Everette Lebrun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mossbank's Raphaël Lebrun did a great save. The supporters of Coppermine booed when Mossbank was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thierry Trudeau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Coppermine's goalkeeper Delbert Avare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Duran. In the 69th minute, Gaston Greenwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delbert Avare was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Mossbank's Raphaël Lebrun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emon Diaz in the 76th minute of play. Emon Diaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphaël Lebrun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Thierry Trudeau hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Emon Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delbert Avare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Greenwood in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mossbank had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
