The tension between the Liberty FC and the Coppermine players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Liberty FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Valentin Lamontagne hit a great ball. Aldo Holbrook hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Holbrook in the 9th minute of play forced Liberty FC's goalkeeper Armel Lane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Liberty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Holbrook came free, but Armel Lane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liberty FC's Sébastien Bailey got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armel Lane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Everette Lebrun went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Kristopher Hale hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When Kermit Stokes fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coppermine's protests and gave Kermit Stokes a yellow card for diving instead. Kermit Stokes kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Armel Lane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hiram Esposito, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Delbert Avare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sébastien Bailey in the 26th minute of play. Armel Lane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emon Diaz's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The supporters of Coppermine booed when Liberty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Arnold didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Holbrook in the 44th minute of play forced Liberty FC's goalkeeper Armel Lane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Liberty FC defense, Everette Lebrun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armel Lane. The Liberty FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armel Lane should have stopped the shot. After the first half Coppermine were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Valentin Lamontagne made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Liberty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Holbrook came free, but Armel Lane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Aldo Holbrook dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armel Lane, 0-4. Armel Lane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everette Lebrun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armel Lane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Holbrook, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Coppermine's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
