Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elliott Baker started the match with the kick off. Aldo Holbrook scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trinidad Ayers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Scot Hinkle fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fishels FC's protests and gave Scot Hinkle a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Fishels FC got a freekick which was hit by Scot Hinkle. When Emon Diaz came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Coppermine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emon Diaz couldn't finish the play. The attack was good, but when Elliott Baker in the 11th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Delbert Avare made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Eliseo Oneill sent off a good shot on target. When Coppermine's Emon Diaz in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fishels FC's goalie prevented a goal. Trinidad Ayers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Holbrook in the 18th minute of the match. Elliott Baker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 27th minute of the match Scot Hinkle completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Scot Hinkle a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 35th minute, Aldo Holbrook left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coppermine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emon Diaz in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trinidad Ayers saved Fishels FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Holbrook in the 43rd minute of play forced Fishels FC's goalkeeper Trinidad Ayers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fishels FC's Trinidad Ayers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emon Diaz in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Coppermine were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aldo Holbrook stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tyron Guertin kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Gerard Farmer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delbert Avare showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elliott Baker hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Hiram Esposito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aldo Holbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elliott Baker might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delbert Avare. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliott Baker ran back to his position shaking his head. Delbert Avare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Oneill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Coppermine getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Kermit Stokes hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, Coppermine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Nash to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Fishels FC's goalkeeper Trinidad Ayers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emon Diaz. If Eliseo Oneill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Oneill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delbert Avare read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Emon Diaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Trinidad Ayers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emon Diaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Trinidad Ayers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Holbrook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Coppermine walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
