After 3 played minutes Claxton got a freekick which was hit by Antwan Steward. The audience was convinced that Rubin Contreras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urbain Sorenson was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Napoleon Yost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Olsen in the 12th minute of the match. Claxton's Zachery Hemphill got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rubin Contreras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbain Sorenson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubin Contreras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claxton's Napoleon Yost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dallas Vogel in the 18th minute of play. Napoleon Yost stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dallas Vogel's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. With his leg Urbain Sorenson managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Claxton's Zachery Hemphill fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Urbain Sorenson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachery Hemphill in the 33rd minute. Dallas Vogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Napoleon Yost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Napoleon Yost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Olsen in the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Zachery Hemphill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claxton's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachery Hemphill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbain Sorenson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rubin Contreras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbain Sorenson having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Malonton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Drew to maneuver through the defense. James Olsen struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Napoleon Yost didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malonton FC. In the 63rd minute, Dallas Vogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, James Olsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malonton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but James Olsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Napoleon Yost yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Urbain Sorenson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubin Contreras in the 90th minute of play. Urbain Sorenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubin Contreras in the 96th minute of the match.
