Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when James Olsen got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bert Loiselle during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Malonton FC's Blaine Pelland got a free kick in the 42nd minute. James Olsen made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Inwood's Elmer Sullivan. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jamey Smalls stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Malonton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jamey Smalls came free, but Urbain Sorenson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dallas Vogel got free in front of the goal in the 87th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Arlie Gousse was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Arlie Gousse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dallas Vogel in the 89th minute of the match. Gonzalo Clifton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Inwood left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Malonton FC.
