A collision led to Mancity Eagles getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Donatien France hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Rickie Haynes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas McMullen was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Cary Acosta charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cary Acosta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas McMullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Sherman in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erick Lemaître got free with Buford Latham in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Buford Latham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mary Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Nicolas McMullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Sherman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cary Acosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas McMullen having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Edmond Weir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nicolas McMullen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Landrienne's goalkeeper Buford Latham had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erick Lemaître. In the 24th minute, Mancity Eagles's Markus Barber ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Buford Latham. Buford Latham yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 28th minute Daniel Sherman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas McMullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mancity Eagles's Achille Hickman got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Erick Lemaître got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Favreau charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Favreau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Amado Favreau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39thth minute of the game Achille Hickman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Landrienne's Buford Latham was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erick Lemaître succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 41st playminute. Buford Latham was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ulrich Sampson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 44 minute of play.

The wind increased when Ulrich Sampson made the kick off in the second half. Buford Latham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erick Lemaître in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Ulrich Sampson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mancity Eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Buford Latham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mary Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes of play, Mancity Eagles's Ulrich Sampson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Buford Latham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Buford Latham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrich Sampson in the 63rd minute of the match. The referee ignored Landrienne's protests and gave Markus Schmitt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Landrienne's Markus Schmitt got a free kick in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Landrienne's zone, Ulrich Sampson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Buford Latham came out of the goal and Ulrich Sampson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Buford Latham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erick Lemaître in the 76th minute of play. When Edmond Weir came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Landrienne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmond Weir couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Chris Swartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Landrienne's goal looked a bit too open when Mary Colon came free, but Buford Latham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alphonse Malloy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88th play minutes Ulrich Sampson shot 7-1, a short shot which went by Buford Latham and just under the crossbar into goal. 92 minutes into the match, Landrienne's goal looked a bit too open when Erick Lemaître came free, but Buford Latham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buford Latham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Barber in the 93rd minute of play. Buford Latham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mary Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mancity Eagles's Ulrich Sampson suffered a sore thigh after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Yann Chester fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landrienne's protests and gave Yann Chester a yellow card for diving instead. Mancity Eagles's Mervin Boucher got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Mancity Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
