Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 王亦俊 ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Gigachads's goal looked a bit too open when Romain Corcoran came free, but Denver Meyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Britt Franco took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Irvin Willoughby to make any attempt to save it. 44 minutes into the match, Sherman Friedman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denver Meyer. Gigachads's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sherman Friedman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 王亦俊 was the one to do the kick off. Denver Meyer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richarlison de Andrade showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 51 minute of play. Irvin Willoughby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanuel Hood, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the game, 王亦俊 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denver Meyer. 王亦俊 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-11. In the 75th match minute, Gigachads was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Hughes to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Saverio Niva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denver Meyer, 1-13. In the 85th minute, Hurricanes FC's 王亦俊 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Denver Meyer. Denver Meyer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-14. In the 88th minute Stacey Lemaître shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irvin Willoughby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stacey Lemaître got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 92 played minutes Gigachads got a freekick which was hit by Stacey Lemaître. After a rather tough play, Gigachads's Brad Keith got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Denver Meyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 王亦俊, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
