In the 25th minute, Patrick Kauffman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kelvin Keene was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Dodge Rammos's Dane Sierra got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devon Bland in the 48th minute of play forced Dodge Rammos's goalkeeper Michel Rivière to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Eastern players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dodge Rammos were winning 0-3.

Michel Rivière took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Atkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Rivière showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Guillory in the 60th minute of the match. Michel Rivière made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devon Bland in the 63rd minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eastern reached it. In the 95th minute, Eduardo Tinsley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dodge Rammos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
