Joacim Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Loup Worthington made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Malcolm Lindberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loup Worthington was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a little luck, Angry Smurfs's Loup Worthington got control of the ball when Joacim Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Loup Worthington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Maxstone booed when Angry Smurfs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joan Jefferson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruce Burch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrold Cutler having to interfere. After 37 played minutes Angry Smurfs got a freekick which was hit by Bruce Burch. The crowd rose to their feet as Malcolm Lindberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Loup Worthington. That made the score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. When Malcolm Lindberg came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Maxstone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malcolm Lindberg couldn't finish the play. If Malcolm Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Angry Smurfs's goalkeeper Loup Worthington had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joacim Holmgren. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emon McCracken to strike the kick off in the second half. Loup Worthington didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Maxstone's Joacim Holmgren shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to Angry Smurfs getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Joan Jefferson hit a great ball. Loup Worthington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Holmgren in the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Joacim Holmgren notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Angry Smurfs's Loup Worthington. Loup Worthington was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Loup Worthington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Malcolm Lindberg put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Loup Worthington. In the 89th minute, Erick Lundy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxstone walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
