Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Titus Nadeau got the match started through his kick off. Vern Chouinard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joacim Holmgren's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. In the 5th minute Titus Nadeau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerrold Cutler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Jerrold Cutler throw himself and got hold of the ball when Titus Nadeau in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Vern Chouinard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joacim Holmgren went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Romeo Winter charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Winter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st match minute, Maxstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Winter to maneuver through the defense. When Marcelo Swift fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maxstone's protests and gave Marcelo Swift a yellow card for diving instead. Armand Metivier kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes, Maxstone's Theron McManus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vern Chouinard came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maxstone reached it. 35 minutes into the match, Hagersville's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Holmgren came free, but Vern Chouinard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Malcolm Lindberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hagersville's Vern Chouinard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Joacim Holmgren put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vern Chouinard. In the 42nd minute of the match Marvin Floyd sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerrold Cutler skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Hagersville booed when Maxstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perceval Begay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malcolm Lindberg made a kick off. Joacim Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Vern Chouinard made a huge save. In the 55th match minute, Maxstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erick Lundy to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Maxstone's Cornell Gagné nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vern Chouinard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A collision led to Maxstone getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marcelo Swift hit a great ball. Titus Nadeau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerrold Cutler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Nadeau in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Maxstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perceval Begay to maneuver through the defense. Jason Robertson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrold Cutler having to interfere. With a little luck, Hagersville's Vern Chouinard got control of the ball when Joacim Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marvin Floyd was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hagersville! Vern Chouinard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theron McManus went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Vern Chouinard made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Joacim Holmgren sent off a good shot on target. After 88th play minutes Malcolm Lindberg shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Vern Chouinard and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Hagersville booed when Maxstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theron McManus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Joacim Holmgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Malcolm Lindberg took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Vern Chouinard to make any attempt to save it. Maxstone's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
