Spectators: 4530 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 500, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iphikles Papadakos started the match with the kick off. Bobbie Salter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iphikles Papadakos in the 3rd minute. Iphikles Papadakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bobbie Salter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iphikles Papadakos in the 11th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iphikles Papadakos in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bobbie Salter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bobbie Salter had great luck who in the 14thth minute grab hold of the ball when Iphikles Papadakos from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Bobbie Salter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pål Vassenius in the 15th minute. Vancouver Whitecaps FC's Pål Vassenius got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bobbie Salter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iphikles Papadakos in the 18th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Vancouver Whitecaps FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Chauvin. After a rather tough play, Parham's Kendall Henderson got a free kick in the 25th minute. Bobbie Salter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iphikles Papadakos in the 28th minute of play. The corner led to Vancouver Whitecaps FC's Delmer Storey getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Bobbie Salter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iphikles Papadakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Armando Chauvin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bobbie Salter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Vassenius in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konrad Lind to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iphikles Papadakos in the 58th minute of play forced Parham's goalkeeper Bobbie Salter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobbie Salter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iphikles Papadakos in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parham's goalkeeper Bobbie Salter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bobbie Salter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iphikles Papadakos's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Vancouver Whitecaps FC's Iphikles Papadakos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bobbie Salter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pål Vassenius scored 3-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bobbie Salter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vancouver Whitecaps FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
