Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Art Salmons ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeff Nadeau got free with Joel Boswell in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 6 played minutes MURGASH got a freekick which was hit by Dave Bloom. Jeff Nadeau struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Joel Boswell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isnardy. Joel Boswell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Marcus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Isnardy's Irving Underwood got a free kick in the 19th minute. Judson Caballero struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Philip Hendricks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Boswell having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeff Nadeau got free with Joel Boswell in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Dave Bloom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MURGASH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Isnardy the free kick. With an all-out effort, Isnardy's Joel Boswell threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Philip Hendricks, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeff Nadeau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Joel Boswell made a huge save. 45 minutes into the match, MURGASH's goalkeeper Joel Boswell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeff Nadeau.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Philip Hendricks to strike the kick off in the second half. Marc Marcus's late challenge caught a MURGASH's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Marcus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Isnardy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Marcus to maneuver through the defense. MURGASH made a substitution. Stevie Finch replaced Rosario Proctor. MURGASH's Jonathon Herron was substituted for Mark Carlton. Mauro Childers kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Valéry Payne shot from a long distance. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Yann Hobbs took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Monroe Franklin to make any attempt to save it. MURGASH's Joel Boswell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Hendricks in the 80th minute of play. Isnardy's Philip Hendricks pulled a muscle in his back after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Shad Funk was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd match minute, MURGASH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shad Funk to maneuver through the defense. Yann Hobbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jeff Nadeau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Isnardy's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeff Nadeau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Boswell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. MURGASH's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
