Charly Beaud hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Noah McCain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Summerland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyndon Schaffer to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Charly Beaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hong Flaherty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Mississauga Blue Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Beaud came free, but Hong Flaherty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hong Flaherty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brooks Hagen, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Summerland FC's Brooks Hagen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hong Flaherty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hong Flaherty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amédée Tracy in the 28th minute of the match. Hong Flaherty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brooks Hagen in the 32nd minute of play. After 32 minutes, Charly Beaud made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mississauga Blue Devils's Hong Flaherty tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hong Flaherty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Beaud in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Mississauga Blue Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Beaud came free, but Hong Flaherty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Almir da Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Almir da Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mississauga Blue Devils booed when Summerland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lyndon Schaffer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Oliverios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Mississauga Blue Devils's Hong Flaherty got control of the ball when Carlton Davignon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hong Flaherty came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Summerland FC's Charly Beaud. But to his dismay, Charly Beaud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Mississauga Blue Devils made a substitution. Valentine Charlesbois replaced Anderson Durepos. With an all-out effort, Summerland FC's Hong Flaherty threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Charly Beaud, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Perry Brooks came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Summerland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perry Brooks couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the game, Carlton Davignon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hong Flaherty. Carlton Davignon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Summerland FC's goalkeeper Jorne Volders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Carlton Davignon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Summerland FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
