Damien Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorne Volders having to interfere. Jorne Volders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Goodson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Summerland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Goodson came free, but Jorne Volders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorne Volders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien Castillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Amédée Tracy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matias Villaspasa skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charly Beaud in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Villaspasa saved CF Tétraultville from getting behind. When Man Holliday came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the CF Tétraultville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Man Holliday couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the game, Summerland FC's Charly Beaud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Villaspasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Man Holliday was the one to do the kick off. Summerland FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
