Jorne Volders made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Bertrand Glass sent off a good shot on target. Renaldo Yost recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charly Beaud in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hong Ballard saved Fly T.T from getting behind. Brooks Hagen kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Charly Beaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hong Ballard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Summerland FC were awarded a corner. Laverne Wesley went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Summerland FC's corner Amédée Tracy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hong Ballard quite easily take care of the ball. The Summerland FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Summerland FC's Amédée Tracy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Fly T.T booed when Summerland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charly Beaud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Summerland FC's Laverne Wesley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hong Ballard in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 43 minutes, Francis Crowder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fly T.T and the Summerland FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Summerland FC booed when Fly T.T was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francis Crowder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hong Ballard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brooks Hagen in the 43rd minute of play. Hong Ballard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charly Beaud's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Beaud was the one to do the kick off. Summerland FC's Jorne Volders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vadim Shiryaev in the 52nd minute of play. Hong Ballard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Beaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jorne Volders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrand Glass in the 57th minute of the match. Charly Beauds short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Hong Ballard to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Charly Beaud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Hong Ballard made a huge save. Elton Avalos charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elton Avalos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Summerland FC's Perry Brooks was substituted for Walton Pichette. Elton Avalos hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 68 minutes, Amédée Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Summerland FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amédée Tracy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 played minutes Fly T.T got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Vergaray. After 76 minutes of play Fly T.T's Elton Avalos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Elton Avalos kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Summerland FC's Lyndon Schaffer was substituted for Carlton Davignon. In the 78th minute, Elton Avalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fly T.T's Hong Ballard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laverne Wesley in the 78th minute of play. Summerland FC's Jorne Volders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vadim Shiryaev in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match, Charly Beaud got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hong Ballard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hong Ballard, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 96th minute, Pastor Vergaray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Summerland FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Amédée Tracy hit a great ball.
