After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Clair Viens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spondin AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clair Viens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Koralp Çakır breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Koralp Çakır made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Lanza in the 11th minute. Jeffrey Griggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Dacio in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Dietmar Reutter notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Spondin AFC's Jeffrey Griggs. Jeffrey Griggs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Despite this Jeffrey Griggs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ottoman TurK's Ahmet Koralp Çakır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Lanza in the 86th minute of play. Spondin AFC made a substitution. Gervais Becerra replaced Wes Lyles. Clair Viens hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Lanza in the 90th minute of play forced Ottoman TurK's goalkeeper Ahmet Koralp Çakır to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ottoman TurK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
