Alain Witt made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Toronto Marlies FC's Tracy Narcisse. Gigel Bucur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christiaan Baboeuf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Toronto Marlies FC were awarded a corner. Qin Xing Shu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Qin Xing Shu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sanchester United's Christiaan Baboeuf did a great save. Christiaan Baboeuf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Bucur in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Toronto Marlies FC's Tracy Narcisse got a free kick in the 31st minute. Anfilogino Amicone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kendrick Zeigler, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute of the match Toronto Marlies FC got a corner. Sanchester United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Qin Xing Shu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Toronto Marlies FC's Qin Xing Shu to fire away a dangerous shot which Christiaan Baboeuf despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Gigel Bucur made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Bucur got free with Christiaan Baboeuf in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, Gigel Bucur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sanchester United made a substitution. Lavern Godin replaced Elijah Silver. Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from René Descartes in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Gigel Bucur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christiaan Baboeuf. Sanchester United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gigel Bucur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Daniel Passarelli struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Christiaan Baboeuf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toronto Marlies FC. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kendrick Zeigler in the 62nd minute of play. Christiaan Baboeuf made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Gigel Bucur sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes Sanchester United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Qin Xing Shu who took care of the corner kick. Christiaan Baboeuf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Bucur, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Toronto Marlies FC's Gigel Bucur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christiaan Baboeuf. Christiaan Baboeuf was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Qin Xing Shu. 79 minutes into the match, Toronto Marlies FC's goal looked a bit too open when René Descartes came free, but Anfilogino Amicone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anfilogino Amicone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of René Descartes's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lavern Godin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Gigel Bucur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Christiaan Baboeuf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christiaan Baboeuf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Bucur in the 93rd minute of play. The Sanchester United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Toronto Marlies FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Toronto Marlies FC.
