Sagrario Abello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leoiar Alcalde in the 24th minute of play. Damaso Juara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Leoiar Alcalde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sagrario Abello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Pereoto were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baiarte Abalos made a kick off. Sagrario Abello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Juara in the 55th minute. Toralapa's Sagrario Abello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leoiar Alcalde in the 56th minute of play. If Damaso Juara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloy Abel during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Eloy Abel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Damaso Juara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pereoto's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
