The Villamontes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herena Chasco should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuste Reymondo in the 75th minute of play forced Villamontes's goalkeeper Herena Chasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Abilio Florez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tocopampa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abilio Florez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hipolito Jordo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abilio Florez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Herena Chasco made a huge save. Edwardo Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Remigio in the 82nd minute of play. Edwardo Ibar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Nayely's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Tocopampa getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Tuste Reymondo hit a great ball. Edwardo Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertol Remiro in the 85th minute of play. Tebaldo Jaquinot hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Tocopampa's Hipolito Jordo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villamontes's Herena Chasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Villamontes from getting a goal against them. If Jose Nayely had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Villamontes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
