Guaberto Barrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolino Abellaneda in the 23rd minute of the match. Amarete AFC's Guaberto Barrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Abella in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nazario Abadie got free with Guaberto Barrera in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benvide Abeita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Kupini's Tolino Abellaneda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Barrera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kupini's Benvide Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marino Lazcano in the 36th minute of play. Benvide Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Obano Sala in the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amarete AFC's zone, Adalberto Abella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Barrera came out of the goal and Adalberto Abella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nazario Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, Kupini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Abel to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Obano Sala was the one to do the kick off. Nazario Abadie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Amarete AFC's zone, Nazario Abadie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Barrera came out of the goal and Nazario Abadie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nazario Abadie in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Barrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gorka Capon hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Emanuel Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Barrera having to interfere. Obano Sala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Benvide Abeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emanuel Elixio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amarete AFC's Guaberto Barrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazario Abadie in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Kupini's goalkeeper Benvide Abeita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Imanol Gonzales. Guaberto Barrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Elixio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Tolino Abellaneda struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Guaberto Barrera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kupini. Amarete AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
