The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Abad during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Blooming got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Abad. In the 25th minute of the match Jonathan Cadena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sagrario Abecia skillfully saved the ball. Sancho Burcena stood somewhat misplaced when Joshua Fountain came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 37 minute. Resaca FC's Sancho Burcena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Resaca FC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Medardo Lalatu was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Blooming got a freekick which was hit by 柯风云. Venerando Ca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Sagrario Abecia made a huge save. Joshua Fountain struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Sancho Burcena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blooming. In the 61st minute, Medardo Lalatu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venerando Ca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joshua Fountain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sancho Burcena having to make a save. If Joshua Fountain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Blooming getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Joshua Fountain hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Joshua Fountain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sancho Burcena was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Fountain in the 77th minute of play forced Resaca FC's goalkeeper Sancho Burcena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 柯风云 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sancho Burcena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 柯风云 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancho Burcena having to interfere. Sagrario Abecia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jonathan Cadena. Sagrario Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Medardo Lalatu in the 90th minute of the match. Francisco Abendano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sancho Burcena. Resaca FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There was no doubt that Blooming were the better team. Blooming's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
