Afonso Arripe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucero Abel in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micael Abendano in the 16th minute of play forced Encanada AFC's goalkeeper Afonso Arripe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Encanada AFC's Afonso Arripe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerardo Abeita in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Tono Aballe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Arripe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Lop Llamazares came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Encanada AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lop Llamazares couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the game, Bella Vista F.C.'s Tono Aballe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afonso Arripe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Bella Vista F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Encanada AFC:s goal. Afonso Arripe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tono Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Encanada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lop Llamazares. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lop Llamazares was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Fagildo Aballe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Afonso Arripe. The goal made the score 1-4. Afonso Arripe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tono Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Tono Aballe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Afonso Arripe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Zuhaitz Brizuela fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanada AFC's protests and gave Zuhaitz Brizuela a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Zuhaitz Brizuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Arripe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerardo Abeita, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Fagildo Aballe took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Afonso Arripe to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Encanada AFC's Afonso Arripe got control of the ball when Paulo Ipar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lohitzun Abalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lourenco Varon, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Bella Vista F.C. played a much better game than Encanada AFC and deserved their victory. The Encanada AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
