Tabajara FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Velasco Marful had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erruki Abastas. Tabajara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Velasco Marful was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Velasco Marful in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erruki Abastas saved Tabajara FC from getting behind. Ambrosio Arenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, Pacaures was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velasco Marful to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Sedeni Abeijon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, one of Pacaures:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pacaures. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Tabajara FC. Zenaido Abel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mendebal Albertos. 1-1. Pacaures's Ambrosio Arenal got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pacaures's Mendebal Albertos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Abascal in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliberto Abascal made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Miguel Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velasco Marful in the 57th minute of play forced Tabajara FC's goalkeeper Erruki Abastas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Tabajara FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pacaures:s goal. If Feliberto Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Tabajara FC's Zenaido Abel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Velasco Marful came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Pacaures fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Velasco Marful couldn't finish the play. Sedeni Abeijon struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Mendebal Albertos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabajara FC. Feliberto Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mendebal Albertos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Abascal in the 77th minute of the match. When Otsoko Iban fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pacaures's protests and gave Otsoko Iban a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Pacaures got a freekick which was hit by Otsoko Iban. Sedeni Abeijon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pacaures would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
