Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celio Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Pellas Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute of the match, Celio Abascal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pellas Abella saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The 20 de Mayo fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when 20 de Mayo's Eriz Abel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Ellande Abadia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Palcapunta AFC booed when 20 de Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolfo Aballe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pellas Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celio Abascal in the 34th minute of the match. Pellas Abella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celio Abascal in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Celio Abascal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Ellande Abadia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palcapunta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ellande Abadia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Palcapunta AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 20 de Mayo were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celio Abascal to strike the kick off in the second half. Ellande Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Pellas Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ellande Abadia came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Palcapunta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ellande Abadia couldn't finish the play. Palcapunta AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Licerio Abadie 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. 69 minutes into the match, 20 de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Celio Abascal came free, but Pellas Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ellande Abadia in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pellas Abella saved 20 de Mayo from getting behind. After 77 minutes, Cristobal Abadia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 20 de Mayo and the Palcapunta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of 20 de Mayo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Palcapunta AFC:s goal. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for Palcapunta AFC. Sendoa Abajas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pellas Abella. 1-2. Ellande Abadia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Palcapunta AFC fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Palcapunta AFC's Ellande Abadia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Damario Abeitia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roegelio Abastas in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Ellande Abadia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Fernan Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pellas Abella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palcapunta AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing 20 de Mayo to leave the ground with a draw.
