Bihar Abastas made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Navarro Abadie sent off a good shot on target. Frantzes Abenda charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frantzes Abenda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Manchego FC's Frantzes Abenda got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Orkatz Abeijon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchego FC's Leonel Abad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th play minute Navarro Abadie came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bihar Abastas. 1-0. Manchego FC's Leonel Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vennancio Abaurre in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, UNIVERSITARIO's Vennancio Abaurre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Abad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 25th minute, Orkatz Abeijon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bihar Abastas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Navarro Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bastiaro Abaunza in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bihar Abastas saved UNIVERSITARIO from getting behind. Dalmu Abancens hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Leonel Abad didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when UNIVERSITARIO's Vennancio Abaurre shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Orkatz Abeijon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Leonel Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Orkatz Abeijon fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNIVERSITARIO's protests and gave Orkatz Abeijon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Manchego FC booed when UNIVERSITARIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orkatz Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vennancio Abaurre in the 47th minute of play forced Manchego FC's goalkeeper Leonel Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half UNIVERSITARIO were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Vennancio Abaurre made the kick off in the second half. Leonel Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orkatz Abeijon in the 51st minute of play. If Orkatz Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Leonel Abad managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when UNIVERSITARIO's Orkatz Abeijon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 56 minutes into the game, Bastiaro Abaunza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchego FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UNIVERSITARIO the free kick. After 56 played minutes Manchego FC got a freekick which was hit by Bastiaro Abaunza. Manchego FC's Navarro Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Bastiaro Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bihar Abastas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerold Abel charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerold Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Jerold Abel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bihar Abastas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Navarro Abadie's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Vennancio Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th match minute, Manchego FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porfiro Abad to maneuver through the defense. Orkatz Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Abad having to interfere.
