The audience was convinced that Jaime Abajas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niguel Abeita was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Hilario Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Abellaneda having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cresenciano Abascal during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Epifanio Abellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The supporters of La Paz booed when Harsel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Jaime Abajas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Epifanio Abellaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naldo Abancens scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niguel Abeita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niguel Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Abajas in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Harsel FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jonatan Abancens hit a great ball. When La Paz's Senin Abadie in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Harsel FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th match minute, Harsel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Abancens to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Abajas got in the 36th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Niguel Abeita handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Marcial Abeijon struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Epifanio Abellaneda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harsel FC. With a little luck, La Paz's Epifanio Abellaneda got control of the ball when Hilario Abeita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matia Abaunza hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes Harsel FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Abancens. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Epifanio Abellaneda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Abeita in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Harsel FC's zone, Senin Abadie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niguel Abeita came out of the goal and Senin Abadie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harsel FC's Jonathan Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Harsel FC's Niguel Abeita got control of the ball when Senin Abadie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The long shot by Oswaldo Abellaneda in the 93rd minute really tested Niguel Abeita's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cresenciano Abascal was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 95 played minutes Harsel FC got a freekick which was hit by Cresenciano Abascal. Jaime Abajas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niguel Abeita having to make a save. Niguel Abeita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Senin Abadie in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Paz eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
