The supporters of Barrial AFC booed when Arpita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrew Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zayvius Largacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demario Abarca having to interfere. Barrial AFC's Zayvius Largacha got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arpita's Lluc Abascal in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrial AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Barrial AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xuban Abecia came free, but Quinto Motrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quinto Motrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuban Abecia in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuban Abecia in the 26th minute of play forced Barrial AFC's goalkeeper Quinto Motrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lluc Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Barrial AFC's Phelipe Mera got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Barrial AFC's zone, Xuban Abecia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quinto Motrico came out of the goal and Xuban Abecia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Zayvius Largacha fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 37th match minute, Arpita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lluc Abascal to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Arpita getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lluc Abadie hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Xuban Abecia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quinto Motrico was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zayvius Largacha to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Barrial AFC's goalkeeper Quinto Motrico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lluc Abascal. Phelipe Mera hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Barrial AFC defense, Lluc Abascal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quinto Motrico. The Barrial AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quinto Motrico should have stopped the shot. Xuban Abecia struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Quinto Motrico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arpita. After a defensive mix-up in Barrial AFC's zone, Lluc Abascal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quinto Motrico came out of the goal and Lluc Abascal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xuban Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Quinto Motrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Barrial AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xuban Abecia came free, but Quinto Motrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quinto Motrico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lluc Abascal went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Lluc Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Quinto Motrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xuban Abecia got in the 78th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Quinto Motrico handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The supporters of Barrial AFC booed when Arpita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Criston Abellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordero Isurieta might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demario Abarca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cordero Isurieta ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cordero Isurieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrial AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordero Isurieta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demario Abarca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
