After a rather tough play, Cororo's Cosme Gordo got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolfos Avi in the 7th minute of play forced Bella Vista F. C.'s goalkeeper Orland Abar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobo Valbuena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firmo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 played minutes Bella Vista F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Abechuco. Orland Abar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tajo Banzo. In the 29thth minute of the game Firmo Abeitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cororo's Lobo Valbuena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lobo Valbuena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Firmo Abeitia's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bella Vista F. C.'s zone, Cosme Gordo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orland Abar came out of the goal and Cosme Gordo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Cororo booed when Bella Vista F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Goiz Abenda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Cororo's goal looked a bit too open when Firmo Abeitia came free, but Lobo Valbuena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bella Vista F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Bella Vista F. C.'s Firmo Abeitia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 46th minute, Firmo Abeitia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Bella Vista F. C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Firmo Abeitia made the kick off in the second half. In the 64th match minute, Cororo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Seco to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Lobo Valbuena managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Bella Vista F. C.'s Firmo Abeitia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bella Vista F. C.'s Goiz Abenda got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 71 in the game by Firmo Abeitia from a close distance when the talented Lobo Valbuena managed to make a qualified save. Cororo's players were relieved. Firmo Abeitia had several of the Cororo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Lobo Valbuena as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 77th minute of the game, Erramu Abadia landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 78 minutes, Inocente Rebustillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cororo and the Bella Vista F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bella Vista F. C. made a substitution. Barea Abar replaced Erramu Abadia. After 80 played minutes Cororo got a freekick which was hit by Inocente Rebustillo. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Firmo Abeitia sped through Cororo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lobo Valbuena. Lobo Valbuena made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Firmo Abeitia sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Seco during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bella Vista F. C. booed when Cororo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bella Vista F. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
