Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulin Abecia took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Iordanis Anastasiadis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Benavidez FC's Vicente Villarroel. Vicente Villarroel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 11 minutes into the match, Benavidez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iordanis Anastasiadis came free, but Vicente Villarroel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Iordanis Anastasiadis sped through Benavidez FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Villarroel. In the 17th minute, Iordanis Anastasiadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Villarroel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Vicente Villarroel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihai Gherase's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Mikeldi Valpuesta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benavidez FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Octavia the free kick. Mikeldi Valpuesta hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Paulin Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Vicente Villarroel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Villarroel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iordanis Anastasiadis's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Otoniel Abastas kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Paulin Abecia sped through Benavidez FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Villarroel. After some careless play in the Benavidez FC defense, Iordanis Anastasiadis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Villarroel. The Benavidez FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Villarroel should have stopped the shot. Iordanis Anastasiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Villarroel having to interfere. Vicente Villarroel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulin Abecia went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

53 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Octavia's Paulin Abecia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Iordanis Anastasiadis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Paulin Abecia might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Villarroel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulin Abecia ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulin Abecia in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Villarroel saved Benavidez FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Benavidez FC's zone, Iordanis Anastasiadis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Villarroel came out of the goal and Iordanis Anastasiadis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 minutes, Paulin Abecia made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. Benavidez FC's Vicente Villarroel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Iordanis Anastasiadis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vicente Villarroel. That made the score 0-12 in the 72 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Paulin Abecia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Villarroel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Benavidez FC's Vicente Villarroel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulin Abecia in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Iordanis Anastasiadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Villarroel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. Vicente Villarroel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Gherase in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Paulin Abecia made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Villarroel. Benavidez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-15. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Paulin Abecia put it in 0-16 from a short distance just to the right of Vicente Villarroel. In the 95th minute, Iordanis Anastasiadis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Octavia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-17. Octavia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
