The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Honorato Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Valiente Abello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The supporters of Defensor C.F. booed when Caciques Bolivianos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferman Abalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caciques Bolivianos FC's zone, Roberto Abella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hug Abad came out of the goal and Roberto Abella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, one of Caciques Bolivianos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Caciques Bolivianos FC. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Defensor C.F.. Lehen Abascal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hug Abad. 0-7. 95 minutes into the match, Caciques Bolivianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Abella came free, but Hug Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Defensor C.F. played a much better game than Caciques Bolivianos FC and deserved their victory. The Caciques Bolivianos FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
