In the 11th minute, Lascano AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edson Ibero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jose-Antonio Barajo was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Zaquiel Montane capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zaquiel Montane really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Anibal Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vellito Capacho in the 18th minute of the match. Anibal Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vellito Capacho's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Echevarria booed when Lascano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandalio Labiaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose-Antonio Barajo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaquiel Montane, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Zaquiel Montane came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Echevarria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaquiel Montane couldn't finish the play. If Edson Ibero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Ourente Victorica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Edson Ibero could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Jose-Antonio Barajo however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vellito Capacho in the 45th minute of play forced Echevarria's goalkeeper Anibal Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, Echevarria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarryl Torroba to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henric Lerdo was the one to do the kick off. Henric Lerdo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaquiel Montane in the 56th minute of play forced Lascano AFC's goalkeeper Jose-Antonio Barajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose-Antonio Barajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaquiel Montane in the 58th minute of play. Anibal Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vellito Capacho went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lascano AFC's goalkeeper Jose-Antonio Barajo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ourente Victorica's late challenge caught a Echevarria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ourente Victorica helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Lascano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ourente Victorica. Jose-Antonio Barajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaquiel Montane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henric Lerdo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Anibal Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lascano AFC. Anibal Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ourente Victorica, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 85th minute, Cisco Arvelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 87 minutes, Henric Lerdo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lascano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henric Lerdo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henric Lerdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cisco Arvelo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Echevarria's goalkeeper Anibal Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Echevarria's Zaquiel Montane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose-Antonio Barajo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play Lascano AFC's Sandalio Labiaga was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 94 played minutes Lascano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sandalio Labiaga. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
