Waldir Loinaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosme Mendaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Petri Macedo made a huge save. Piamontesa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hospital FC the free kick.
