Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Laureano Berda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rogerio Cuervo. Carmen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Claudio Udobro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Lape read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Aguirre got a freekick which was hit by Balesio Verda. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmar Menoyo got free with Justo Lape in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the match, Carmen's goal looked a bit too open when Cordeara Belorado came free, but Rogerio Cuervo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Aguirre's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Udobro came free, but Justo Lape reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Udobro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Lape having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Aguirre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Macho to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Carmen's Justo Lape threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Castulo Vasallo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Carmen's Claudio Udobro in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aguirre's goalie prevented a goal. Rogerio Cuervo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Palenzuela in the 30th minute of the match. Claudio Udobro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Lape having to interfere. Bonifacio Santayana made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 38thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Justo Lape would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Carmen were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Aguirre's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Castulo Vasallo took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Tobias Nicola to score against Justo Lape in Aguirre's goal. 1-0 after 40 minutes. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bonifacio Santayana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Lape having to interfere. If Rosario Palenzuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Santayana hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Santayana in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Lape saved Aguirre from getting behind. After 69 minutes, Xever Lizundia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguirre and the Carmen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Bonifacio Santayana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carmen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Rosario Palenzuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguirre's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosario Palenzuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogerio Cuervo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bonifacio Santayana took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Lape. Justo Lape dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Rosario Palenzuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguirre's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosario Palenzuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogerio Cuervo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 played minutes Carmen got a freekick which was hit by Evarado Gago.
