Donato Fortea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petri Carda having to interfere. Valery Pro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Villalba, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Petri Carda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bela Frecha's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Onofre Limpias struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Valery Pro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Federacion AFC.
The wind increased when Leandro Maestre made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Federacion AFC's zone, Hodei Heredia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petri Carda came out of the goal and Hodei Heredia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petri Carda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cresencio Pares in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Hodei Heredia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velasquez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hodei Heredia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Federacion AFC's goalkeeper Petri Carda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Leandro Maestre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valery Pro. Leandro Maestre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Hodei Heredia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Federacion AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gaitan Ballestero. A collision led to Federacion AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Petrigai Pinos hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the game, Velasquez's Hodei Heredia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petri Carda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.
