C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Phelipe Zubiaur came free, but Nevada Mioño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Wallgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute Phelipe Zubiaur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nevada Mioño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Ticho Bado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salinas lol F. C. and the Montes AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Montes AFC a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Phelipe Zubiaur, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Salinas lol F. C.'s Nevada Mioño. 0-1. Lalo Vilardell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leobardo Relloso in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Montes AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Bo Wallgren hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Montes AFC's goalkeeper Lalo Vilardell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leobardo Relloso. In the 28thth minute of the game Phelipe Zubiaur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salinas lol F. C.'s Nevada Mioño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nevada Mioño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phelipe Zubiaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robin Jonasson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nevada Mioño saved Salinas lol F. C. from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Salinas lol F. C.'s Lalo Vilardell threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lia Peñafiel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Montes AFC's Lalo Vilardell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lia Peñafiel in the 34th minute of play. Phelipe Zubiaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nevada Mioño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.'s Nevada Mioño got control of the ball when Robin Jonasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 66 played minutes Salinas lol F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Stefano Güerga. The supporters of Salinas lol F. C. booed when Montes AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Su Roson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lalo Vilardell. Montes AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Montes AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Osvaldo Arbieto hit a great ball. Robin Jonasson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nevada Mioño firmly grabbed it by the left post. Phelipe Zubiaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nevada Mioño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Montes AFC's Phelipe Zubiaur dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. In the 83rd minute, Salinas lol F. C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Robin Jonasson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 85th match minute, Salinas lol F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leobardo Relloso to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Montes AFC's Phelipe Zubiaur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nevada Mioño. Nevada Mioño yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Jonasson got free with Nevada Mioño in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Montes AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
